Q3: What temperature the decking can bear?

A: -40°to 60°

Q4:How many years warranty for your products?

A: 10 years. During the customers proper use of the our WPC products.

We provide 10 years warranty for cracking, bending and deforming.

Q5: Will color fade because of exposure to the sun?

A: ULTRA-VIOLET inhibitors have been added to our decking to reduce color fading due to extensive sun exposure. 

A slight change in color will occur but will retain this lighter shade through out the life of the product.

Q6: What certificates/test reports do you have?

A: CE, SGS, ISO9001. 

Q7:Whats the standard length of the decking?

A:The length is cut according to the buyer's request, usually 2.9m, 5.8m.

When the length exceed 4m, then we have to use iron-wheel pallet which need extra charge.

Q8: If there is one piece of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking board to repair it?

A: No. If replace the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and 

then take the broken decking out, it's easy.

Q9: Does your factory accept customized size and color?

A: Yes, sure. We provide full range of customized products.
